Beach Information

The app is intended as a convenient companion for beach information. Conditions, access, restrictions, wildlife areas, parking, permits, and rules can change quickly. Always follow posted signs, official instructions, emergency notices, and local regulations.

No Emergency Use

The service is not an emergency notification system and should not be relied on for urgent safety decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate local authority.

User Content and Map Features

If you submit names, flags, messages, or other content through app features, you are responsible for that content. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the service or community.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, maps, data providers, app stores, analytics, email, and notification services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
